Title: Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

1 Shallot
1clGarlic
1tbDijon mustard
  Salt
  Pepper; freshly ground
2tsItalian seasoning
1lgGreen onion; green & white parts, cut into pieces
1tbLemon juice; fresh squeezed
1tbRed wine vinegar
1tbExtra virgin olive oil
4tbSauvignon blanc wine; or other dry white wine
3tbChicken broth
1/2cFat free sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender. Puree until smooth; pour into bowl. Beat in sour cream with a fork until smooth. Pour into lidded jar. Chill for at least two hours.

Yield - 1.1/4 cups. Per tbsp - 23 cal, .75 g fat
